Certificates under this address are expired or migrated
Do not rely on a certificate link that points to cert.propertrust.com. Verify the document by its serial number or verification code on the current system, or contact ProperTrust support.
Verify by serial number
Enter the serial number or verification code printed on the certificate. Current records open on the verification page; legacy serial numbers are checked against the migration register.
Contact support
Send the serial number, the issuer and a scan of the certificate. Support confirms whether the record was migrated and how to obtain a reissued certificate.
Why this system was retired
The previous certification system has been migrated due to an upgrade of the security architecture, designed to withstand attacks based on AI and quantum computing. The migration to the new security architecture took place in 2025. Please make sure that you have reissued your certification.
For one-way documents, certification is available by manually uploading the document; security remains sufficient for all of them due to their one-way nature. For open contracts and issuance-related certificates, the new architecture is available through the backend, or contact support.
- One-way documents (diplomas, extracts, attestations): upload the document on the verification page; the hash check against the current register is sufficient.
- Open contracts and issuance certificates (share certificates, licences, provenance): the issuer reissues them from the backend; the new certificate carries a QR code and verification code.
- Anything else: contact support with the serial number.
